Sport History Review (SHR) is a forum for scholarly work in the field of sport history. Don Morrow, PhD, is a professor at the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in sport history, sport literature, alternative and complementary health, and most recently, health promotion. Morrow is the author of eight books; his most recent is Sport in Canada: A History (2010, revised edition), which he coauthored with Kevin B. Wamsley. He has also written more than 80 peer-reviewed articles. Morrow has been the editor of Sport History Review since 1996, a past president of both the North American Society for Sport History and the Sport Literature Association, and is an elected International Fellow of the American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education.
