David Middlemas is the program director for the athletic training education program at Montclair State University. He has over 15 years experience as an athletic training educator, as well as a college and high school athletic trainer and supervisor of a clinic-based athletic training outreach program.

Marsha Grant Ford has had clinical experiences at the secondary school level and all three NCAA division levels. She has degrees from three accredited programs and has taught in three others. She was the program director at Rowan University until 2001. Her professional service includes the NATA Educational Task Force, the NATA Ethnic Diversity Advisory Council, and EATA District 2 election chairperson.
