Dale Butterwick is an associate professor (Faculty of Kinesiology) at the University of Calgary. He is the coordinator of the athletic therapy major and is the president of the Canadian Pro Rodeo sport-medicine team.

Laurie Hiemstra is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sport medicine and knee and shoulder surgery. She works out of Banff Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, Alberta. She is the physician coordinator for the Canadian Pro Rodeo sport-medicine team.

Mark Lafave is chair of the Department of Physical Education and Recreation Studies and coordinator of the athletic therapy program at Mount Royal College, as well as the athletic therapy coordinator for the Canadian Pro Rodeo sport-medicine team. He is currently completing a PhD in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary.

Krista Carlyle works with the Canadian Pro Rodeo sport-medicine team and is an instructor at Mount Royal College in the athletic therapy program. She also is in private practice as both an athletic therapist and a massage therapist.
