Tutita M. Casa is an Assistant Professor at the Neag Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development in the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. Her research interests include discourse in K-12 mathematics classrooms and its application to college-level instruction.

Douglas J. Casa is the Director of Athletic Training Education and an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology in the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. His research interests include exertional heat stroke, exercise heat tolerance, and hydration.
