Edward J. Elder is with HealthSouth Clinic in Issaquah, WA. He has worked in various settings including 12 years as an athletic trainer at the U. of Oregon, and more recently was with Mercy Medical Center in Nampa, ID.

Nancy M. Helsley until recently was coordinator for sports medicine at W.E. Borah High School in Boise, ID, and public relations committee chairperson for the Idaho Athletic Trainers Association. She now lives in Renton, WA.
