Greg Shelley is an assistant professor in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. He also serves as a sports-psychology consultant for athletes and coaches across a variety of sports at the youth, high school, college, and professional levels.

Cynthia Trowbridge is currently a doctoral student in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program at Brigham Young University. At the onset of this writing, she was a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences and an athletic trainer at Ithaca College.

Nicole Detling is currently a doctoral student in the Sport Psychology program at the University of Utah. At the onset of this writing, she was a graduate student in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences at Ithaca College.
