Brady Tripp is a doctoral student in biomechanics in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky. Brady's research interests involve the subject areas of scapular dyskinesis/shoulder proprioception in overhead-throwing athletes.

Tim Uhl is an assistant professor in the Division of Athletic Training and the director of the Musculoskeletal Laboratory, College of Health Sciences, at the University of Kentucky. His research has primarily concentrated on evaluation and rehabilitation of shoulder injuries, particularly the importance and interaction of the scapula in shoulder pathology.
