JoEllen Sefton is a doctoral fellow in the Athletic Training Department at Indiana State University. She is nationally certified and state licensed in both massage therapy and athletic training. Her research interests include functional chronic ankle instability, arthrogenic muscle inhibition, and minor head injuries.
