François Rodrigue is an assistant coach for the University of Ottawa’s Canadian football team. He is completing a PhD in Human Kinetics, examining the development of high-performance coaches from a human learning perspective. Passionate about team sports, he co-founded a high-performance training centre in 2012 and facilitated workshops for the National Coaching Certification Program.

Erin Kraft has recently begun her PhD in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, researching the practices of coaches who work with athletes with a disability. Her ten years of swim coaching experience has been the foundation for her development of numerous coach education programs.
