Joe Eisenmann is the director of High Performance and Education at USA Football where he oversees long-term athlete development, health & safety, and coach education. He received his PhD in pediatric exercise science from Michigan State University in 2000 and has since authored 175 scientific papers that have been cited 9800 times, delivered several invited lectures, and participated in national advisory boards related to sports science, pediatric sports medicine, strength & conditioning, and children’s health and fitness.
