Editor’s Note: This article summarizes the structure, organization, and activities of the Israeli Sport for AH Association (ISFA). ISFA has played a central role in developing nationwide initiatives for providing physical activity opportunities for older adults in Israel. Space limitations prohibit our publishing a comprehensive and detailed description of ISFA; rather, our attempt is to provide the readership with a succinct summaty ofthe approach adopted in Israel for promoting physically active lifestyles in the older adult population.
